Sam hadn’t been working for the building superintendant for long but when he was offered the job he could hardly say no. He had lived in the building for years already and he knew most if not all of the tennants so the idea of working where he lived was pretty intriguing. The first couple of weeks on the job were nothing much, he had a few lightbulbs to change and a few plumbing issues to fix but this week he got a call from Ian in apartment 7B and he asked Sam to drop by after 11AM to tighten up the shower because it was smooth.
It was only a quarter to 11 but Sam figured that Ian wouldn’t mind much and he dropped by the apartment. When he knocked there was no answer so he let himself inside and he went through to the bathroom. He wasn’t sure what to do when he heard the water running but thought that perhaps Ian was trying to fix the shower alone but when he popped his head in to the bathroom he saw Ian standing there completely naked. Ian caught sight of him and couldn’t help it, his boner got instantly hard!
